The plant is known by many names, from corkscrew willow to Willow Salix matsudana ‘Tortuosa’, Corkscrew Willow, Dragon's Claw Willow, Contorted Willow, but its one-of-a-kind branching formation remains the same. Grown for its beautifully curled branches that add loads of visual interest in the landscape and in flower arrangements.
A rapid grower that will add 3-5 feet per year as it matures, this willow tree can be pruned at will. This tree is trouble-free and effortless to grow, requiring highly little time or attention to produce impressive results.
They appreciate full sun or extremely light shade.
