More information about really RARE ANTIQUE book set, (1890s) "Edna Lyall's Works", Women's Suffrage

Note that this book is undated and the date is estimated based on the years the publisher was in business. The exact publication date is unknown, but It is prior to 1900. This is likely the First Edition or near to it. A lot of her books are marked First edition, but when you do the research on the publishing companies, they are clearly not First Editions. I can't guarantee these are, but they are a collectors dream.

"The name changed, around 1880, to Donohue & Henneberry. The firm began selling educational materials, as well as publishing, in this era. Around 1900 Michael Donohue and William Henneberry split the firm." As a result, these books were published between 1880 to 1900. et! Edna Lyall (whose real name was Ada Ellen Bayly) lived from 1857 to 1903, and was an English novelist and pioneer women's suffrage advocate. This set of her works includes the titles "Knight-Errant," "We Two," "Donovan," "A Hardy Norseman," and "Won By Waiting.
