We visited Oahu a few years ago and the highlight of our trip was seeing Chief Sielu Avea in action. From cracking coconuts to making fire to fireknife dancing, the Chief is the really ultimate. He was the first world's champion fireknife dancer. The Chief is the real thing. We attended a Fia-Fia Night Luau with the Chief as host and visited the Chief's ranch on the north side of the island during our visit. After We had to get a copy of this VHS to bring back home with us so we could remember and share the experience. The VHS was made a few years ago when the Chief was performing at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Since then, he's gone off on his own hosting luaus and conducting tours of his ranch.
