This is a vintage British board game called "OVER SHE GOES" (オーバーシーゴーズ).
The box lid has assorted damage, but the board game itself is in good condition.
Waddy Productions, the maker of this board game, was part of the giant Amalgamated Press Group and published card games for a short period in the 1930s.
It is estimated that Waddy card games were manufactured at a brand-new printing plant opened in Watford in 1930.
This particular item is likely over 100 years old.
The rules of the game are probably similar to how Othello is played. (I tried to translate the instructions, but I couldn't fully understand them.)
The game itself is enjoyable, but it also has plenty of visually appealing elements, such as the package design and the instruction manual design.
