It's full of speckles with lanterns, baby buggies, chandeliers, chairs, sizzling air balloons, cars, and Victorian shoes! The pattern is repeated one time around. The inside has wide alternating black and gold stripes. It stands just over 10 1/2 tall and is about 7 5/8 across the bottom of the base.
