A large clock weighing nearly 12 lbs has a decent cord but does not work when plugged in. There are only a few small chips out of it. The picture looks like chips everywhere but mostly it is only the paint that has worn or chipped off. I cleaned it burst I could but doing so rubbed some of the paint off more so I stopped cleaning it.
