Deluxe edition of the 20th anniversary of runescape. Exclusive prints and book sleeve make this a one of a kind piece for runescape fans. Has been opened and read through, but is still in magnificent condition. Do not expect perfection as there are minor cosmetic flaws. I tried my best to photo these. Some light dings in the book sleeve and the corners of the artbook have minor wear. The outer sleeve appears to have an air bubble that goes away when you wipe it.
