She can still be held and clothes changed, etc. Just remember to pick her up on outside of her arms instead of under them. She has molding seams on sides of limbs and injection holes on top of head from the making process. See photos. She will come with the 2 outfits shown in photos and diaper. From smoke no-cost home.
